No Pets Allowed? Really?

Dogs and Cats are not allowed in any buildings, other than those specified below. The only exceptions are pets used for medical needs (i.e. seeing eye dogs), with the approval of management. They will be permitted with the pet fee waived.

Breed Restrictions
The following dog breeds or mixes of these breeds are not allowed in any CPM apartment:

  • - Dobermans
  • - Rottweilers
  • - Pitbulls
  • - Bull Terriers
  • - Any mixed breeds of the above

Non-Refundable Pet Fees:
Dogs: $240 per dog (maximum 2 pets per apartment)
Cats: $150 per cat (maximum 2 pets per apartment)
Cats Only Dogs and Cats Allowed
