Dogs and Cats are not allowed in any buildings, other than those specified by clicking the buttons below. The only exceptions are pets used for medical needs (i.e. seeing eye dogs), with the approval of management. They will be permitted with the pet fee waived.

 

 

Breed Restrictions
The following dog breeds or mixes of these breeds are not allowed in any CPM apartment:

        - Dobermans
        - Rottweilers
        - Pitbulls
        - Bull Terriers
        - Any mixed breeds of the above 

Dogs and cats are NOT allowed in any other buildings.  The only exceptions are pets used for medical needs, i.e. seeing eye dog.  These will be allowed at no extra charge, but must be approved by management.

Non-Refundable Pet Fees:
Dogs: $240 per dog (maximum 2 pets per apartment)
Cats: $150 per cat (maximum 2 pets per apartment)
